💳 Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- All card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
Digital Payments:
- PayPal (including PayPal Credit where available)
Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider will handle currency conversion for non-USD accounts.
Security: We employ 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Our payment infrastructure complies with PCI DSS v4.0 standards and GDPR Article 32 security requirements.
For EU customers: Payments are processed in compliance with PSD2 (Revised Payment Services Directive) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. Your security is our highest priority:
1. Encryption: All payment pages use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, the same standard used by major banks.
2. Tokenization: Card details are tokenized by Stripe — we never see, store, or have access to your full card number or CVV.
3. Compliance: Our payment system is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.
4. Fraud Protection: We employ real-time fraud detection and 3D Secure authentication (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check).
5. GDPR Compliance: All payment data handling complies with GDPR Article 32 (Security of Processing) and applicable data protection laws.
If you prefer additional protection, PayPal offers their Buyer Protection program for eligible purchases.
How does PayPal checkout work?
When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure login page:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Review and confirm the payment amount.
3. Complete the transaction — you will be redirected back to our order confirmation page.
Benefits of PayPal:
- No need to enter card details on our site
- PayPal Buyer Protection covers eligible purchases
- Fast checkout with saved payment information
- Option to pay via PayPal Credit (where available)
- Additional layer of fraud protection
Your PayPal transaction is protected by PayPal's own security systems and their Purchase Protection Policy.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for several common reasons:
1. Insufficient Funds: Check your account balance or available credit limit.
2. Incorrect Card Details: Verify the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
3. Bank Fraud Prevention: Your bank may have flagged the transaction. Contact your bank to authorize it.
4. Address Mismatch: The billing address must exactly match what your bank has on file.
5. SCA Authentication Failure: Under EU PSD2 regulations, your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication. Ensure you complete the additional verification step (3D Secure).
6. PayPal Limitations: Your PayPal account may have sending limits or restrictions.
7. Currency Issues: Ensure your card supports USD transactions.
If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact our support team for assistance.
Do you offer installment payments or BNPL?
We currently accept full payment via credit/debit cards and PayPal at checkout. We do not yet offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay.
We are actively working on integrating BNPL payment options and expect to offer them in the coming months. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new payment methods become available.
If you need assistance with payment, please contact our support team — we may be able to help with alternative arrangements.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
For international customers:
- Your bank or payment provider (PayPal) will handle currency conversion at their current exchange rate.
- The final amount charged in your local currency may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees applied by your financial institution.
- We recommend checking with your bank for any international transaction fees that may apply.
For EU customers: Import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
