30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
- Software, media, and hygiene-sensitive products may have additional restrictions
Return Process
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Start Return"
- Follow the instructions to print your return label
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- Free return shipping is provided for defective or incorrect items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. For defective items, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
